No Shows
No Shows for appointment will be billed half the cost of the booked session. This can be paid via EMT within 3 days of the missed appointment.
Retry Session
Retry sessions are given out to parents who have already been in for their appointment and baby did not cooperate. To avoid retrys we ask moms prepare their best with prep instructions sent at the time of booking. These sessions are covered under the cost of the first session.
